Get on the Ball is a 30-minute stretch and tone class is designed to increase flexibility and strength with the use of a standard 15 to 20 inch toy ball. Each student will want to bring a ball (toy balls can be found at stores for as low as $1.99) and an exercise mat for this class. We will be utilizing the ball for resistance and support while we do floor exercises. This class is a multi-level class for both the novice as well as the experienced mover. This is a must try for all!
