Mrs. Lisa is thrilled and thankful to the Lord to be joining the Spotlight Dance Family, while sharing her Performing Arts passion! She began dancing in La Mesa, at age 6, with Hula classes. Followed by training in Jazz, Acrobatics, Ballet and Tap at Lake Murray Dance Academy—where, at age 16, she began teaching her own classes, to the “little ones” in Kinder-gym and Dance combo classes. Mrs. Lisa then continued her dance education at Grossmont College. Mrs. Lisa proudly served her church community while raising and homeschooling her 6 children. After spending many fun years, with her four sons, in Little League Baseball, she re-entered the Dance world, with her two daughters, and began teaching again in 2003 at the El Cajon Rec. Centers. There, she taught ages 2-Adult in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, and Mini-Hip Hop; as well as Preschool and specialty classes in Music and Movement and Art, to ages 9 months to 9 year-olds, through 2014. She also enjoyed choreographing for My Kid’s Klub Christian Theatre Summer Shows.
